Do you have general questions about your Rosedale Federal products and services? Look no further. Many of your questions can be answered below. If you have a specific question about any of your accounts, and you can’t find an answer here, please call 410.668.4400.

If you have misplaced your Rosedale Bank debit card — think it may have been stolen — or notice unauthorized purchases on your account — you need to notify us AT ONCE. Call our debit card service line at 1.888.297. 3416. This number is answered by a live person 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon your report the representative will:

  • Immediately cancel your card and block further transactions
  • Instruct you to contact Rosedale Federal to order a new debit card or dispute transactions

Please note that if you have automatic payments using your debit card, you will need to contact the payee and provide your new debit card number once you receive it.

The easiest way is to order checks through your Rosedale Bank online banking. You may also call Customer Service at 410-668-4400 or come in to any Rosedale Bank branch. No matter how you order checks, please be sure all information and spelling is correct. If you are ordering checks from a third party, also make sure you include the correct routing number.

This code, which identifies Rosedale Bank as the bank, is the first group of nine numbers found on the bottom of your check. (The second group is your account number and the third is the check number.)

Phishing is a scam generally carried out through unsolicited emails posing as websites.  These emails are designed to mislead you into providing personal information such as: account numbers, PINs, Social Security number and login credentials.

Rosedale Bank will never send you an email requesting personal information such as your Social Security number, account numbers, PIN, date of birth, etc. If you receive email, or find yourself on a website, that looks suspicious or asks for personal information, delete it immediately. If it included the Rosedale Bank name, please notify our Customer Service at 410-668-4400. Also, if you are unsure as to whether an email is from Rosedale Bank, call Customer Service and ask.
