Erica Bramer is the Branch Manager at the Forest Hill location, bringing over six years of experience and dedication to her role. She began her journey as a Floating Teller at the Dundalk Branch and steadily advanced through positions including Relationship Guide III and Assistant Manager at both the Towson and Abingdon branches.
Erica is passionate about mentoring her team, helping them grow their skills to better serve and connect with customers. She believes in building strong relationships with every customer who walks through the door or calls the branch. She is deeply involved in the local community, supporting events like the Summer Reading Program at the library and packing Backpacks for the Hungry. She values her hardworking team and fosters an environment where everyone pitches in to ensure exceptional service
