Ed Grant is Rosedale Bank’s Chief Lending Officer. In his role, Ed is responsible for the Bank’s lending business—residential, personal, and commercial lending. With a career that began in 1996, Ed brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of lending strategy, customer experience, and revenue growth.
Prior to joining Rosedale Bank, Ed served as Regional Manager at BBT/Susquehanna Bank where he oversaw the Maryland commercial real estate operation. His primary focus was on business development within the commercial real estate sector, a strength he continues to leverage to support Rosedale Bank’s long-term growth and market presence.
Ed attended St. Mary’s College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In addition, he successfully completed Loyola University Maryland’s Executive MBA program.
His entire life has been Baltimore County focused. Ed grew up on the same property where he and his wife currently live and raised their three children. He is a dedicated parent volunteer and an enthusiastic supporter of his children’s sports teams, often traveling to cheer them on from the sidelines.
In his free time, Ed enjoys the outdoors and can often be found golfing, fishing, and hiking.
